The elevator was out of service, leading to excessive walking. We faced a power outage at 3 am when it got incredibly hot, and there was no front desk staff available to assist. there were roaches in the room, which was unacceptable.

Poolside views need attention

The gym access was convenient, and my Junior King Suite was clean and spacious enough for a comfortable stay. The room itself had a nice vibe to it.

I had fun at this resort. The poolside bar was cool, and the cocktail was solid! Staff was really friendly but getting our room sorted took forever. We were stuck waiting for hours. it's a good spot, just need to update some rooms, man!

I stayed for 2 nights in a Two Bedroom Premier Suite. The spacious suite provided plenty of room for comfort, and I appreciated having the essentials readily available. the walk from my room to reception was lengthy, and I encountered issues with housekeeping that need addressing. Given these aspects, it's a decent option for a short stay but could benefit from some improvements.

Had a great time with friends! The pool was a blast, and the nightlife was lively. We checked out Seaside Nature Park and Marina Royale, both were fun activities! The place had evening entertainment and an ATM, which was convenient. Highly recommend it for a group getaway.

We had some trouble with wifi in our room. It was frustrating to get connected, and the phone wasn’t working either. But the staff did try to help fix it, eventually moving us to another room.

Breathtaking marina views and decent dining options

The view of the marina was nothing short of spectacular, and the Lobster House restaurant offered excellent seafood that I couldn't get enough of. Unfortunately, the first room I checked into had issues with a lack of hot water and a malfunctioning AC. After being upgraded, the second room was indeed better but still had some maintenance hiccups like a door that needed attention. If you enjoy boat views, this is a great spot, but be prepared for a bit of a trek from the parking lot to your room.

The Chinese gems nearby, like Old Tree and Mandarin, had us feasting like kings! major props to Yolanda from housekeeping—she made our stay super comfy. Plus, the spacious room had all the essentials we needed.

But man, we had issues with leaky air conditioning and a non-working shower. We felt more like quiet mice than guests, with the front desk pinging us over noise complaints, but we still managed to enjoy our time.

I had a wonderful time at the hotel! The food at the Mandarin restaurant was fantastic, and Valarie's service was the highlight. The unique bathroom door design was a bit awkward but didn't ruin the stay. I might try another place next time, though.
